Amy Rao, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Amy Rao founded IAS in June 1994 and serves as its CEO. In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, Amy devotes much of her time and energy to raising awareness around climate change, global warming and encouraging environmentally friendly habits in both the work place and home. Amy also serves on the board of multiple Non-Profit Organizations and engages in various philanthropic projects. Amy earned a B.S. in Business from Purdue University.

Karin Napier, Vice President of Sales
Karin Napier joined IAS in March of 1995 and brings to IAS, more than 23 years of experience in Technology Sales and Development and has been leading the sales team at IAS since inception. Prior to IAS, Karin held various sales roles at Taarcom, Honeywell and Mobile Communications. Karin earned a B.S. in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University.

Anna Borden, Chief Financial Officer
Anna Borden brings to IAS, more than 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance in both the public and private accounting industries. Prior to joining IAS, Anna held positions as Vice-President of Finance/Corporate Secretary and Controller at Indus International in San Francisco followed by her position of Vice-President of Finance at Reel.com. Anna earned a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stacy Schwarz-Gardner, Vice President of Engineering
Stacy Schwarz-Gardner has over 20 years experience in the I.T. industry. She has a strong background in Data Center Operations, I.T. infrastructure design and implementation, and Professional Services. Stacy has hands on experience with many of the products offered by IAS to our customers, and thus has the insight and background necessary to find the right supportable solution for our customers.

Karl Ridenour, Director of Implementation
Karl Ridenour brings to IAS, more than 20 years background in Information Technology. He brings to IAS a wealth of experience with Unix, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Tru64 Unix, and NT. Karl can architect and implement any solution from our pool of products.
